Why do we use Minecraft?

To create a level playing field while maintaining a complex environment for teams to experience Sprints in the context of Scrum, we use Minecraft for Education. Minecraft allows team members to practice Scrum in the complex and chaotic environment of Minecraft to experience the high-variance world of complex product development. We use Minecraft Education Edition to bring complexity to life in a scenario everyone can experience regardless of their technical ability.

The course also includes two free attempts at the globally recognized Professional Scrum Master I certification exam (PSM I)

There are currently no public APS classes scheduled! Check the course schedule for all available classes or contact us for private APS classes.

Learning Experience Options

Our primary method of increasing Scrum for teams knowledge is a deliberate developmental experience divided into learning blocks, each with four hours of live virtual classroom training with a qualified trainer-practitioner complemented with presentations and lectures in the form of videos, reading material, and writing activities provided for self-study. • A 60m one-on-one coaching session

At a minimum, we deliver the Professional Scrum Master over 4 ½ days (16 hours). We can provide this over four intensive consecutive days in one wee or four non-consecutive days over two weeks. Each of the four 210-minute sessions included a 70m Sprint within which the participants can practice in a safe space to experiment and learn:
