Applying Professional Scrum (APS) Training Experience with Certification is a hands-on course that provides the foundational knowledge needed to work with Scrum in a highly practical way. The course is delivered over four consecutive half days and is a combination of self-paced work, live collaborative exercises, and Sprints on a Case Study. During the exercises, students work in Scrum Teams over a series of Sprints to learn Scrum while using Scrum. They experience first-hand how the Scrum framework improves their ability to deliver value compared to traditional methods. The course also includes two free attempts at the globally recognized Professional Scrum Master I certification exam (PSM I).
This class is delivered using Microsoft Teams (Live Classroom), Mural (Digital Whiteboard), Mighty Networks (Offline Classroom Collaboration), with real Sprints. Also available as Applying Professional Scrum (APS) Training Experience in Minecraft with Certification
Each of the four 210-minutee sessions included a 70m Sprint within which the participants can practice in a safe space to experiment and learn.
